Dear XXX and XXX:
Happy mid-autumn festival!
In fact my first week is a little difficult. You know, my English language skill is not so good, and I know nothing about EuroCode(BS EN), very strange to RFR's software. But I have to finish my work everyday.
European Engineers like RFR's work in a style that isn't similar us. Chinese Engineers always try to calculate a model carefully, but they try to create and optimize the model. Too much to calculate, too few to think for me. I never think about the sapce structure by the numbers. They have meeting every day to discuss their ideas, but I can say little now, just try to hear them in English.
Fortunatly I have a friend and a good boss, he gave me some advices and encourages me everyday. I will try my best and cherish this chance.
I will return for my Visa in three weeks, so I could cuddle again soon.
